With our partner, Reach Further, we are currently developing a service, which will provide you with everything you need to bring your flexible working policy into practice, with a particular emphasis on ongoing support for operational, line and middle managers.

Your feedback is important to us and we want to build a service, which really gives you what you need.  We are working closely with the Govt Equalities Office and other government organisations to help shape future flexible working practices in the UK and your contribution will be feeding directly into government ministers.
